What will we bring home next...!

Today, amidst dumping 9 frogs that have been forcing a said husband to sleep in his closet, Aeris, Leia and I stumbled upon a poor defenseless bird looking for someone to feed it. Of course we took it home, and it is now sleeping in a huge box by our leather rocker. We are anxious to feed it because it looked very hungry, but it is more concerned with getting a good nap...probably a good idea since it was out in the sun in Veteran's Park for who knows how long. It kept trying to run between Aeris' legs and seemed to think we were going to help it out...so guess what! Just another interesting addition to the compound of pets here:

A tobacco worm named Annie - that decided to venture to my couch from across the room in the middle of the night.
A variegated frittalary caterpillar (found in Dallas as an egg) that spends it time eating on a leaf, on a paper plate, on my kitchen counter
A leech that was found in our backyard - yuk! - in a glass jar in the kitchen....I keep hoping it will die and no one has taken an interest in him so he just sits there.
9 frogs - that are now deposited at the park
1 baby bird - kind unknown thus far
5 swallowtail caterpillars that we have protected from being eaten outside - this was Thursday's work
What else??
I'm probably forgetting something!
